 No!  Once you complete the Registration, athenahealth will be confirming your hotel reservations checking in Oct 15th and checking out Oct 17th.

Accommodations will be provided at Kimpton Hotel Van Zandt in Austin, Texas.

[fa icon="plus-square"] May I bring a guest or another member of my practice?
If you elect to bring a guest to Austin, please note that guests may not attend any of the event functions, but are free to explore Austin by day or night as they wish.
[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVP's must be received by August 31st so we can make sure to get all guests accommodations confirmed. 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is the easiest way to get to the hotel from airport?

In Austin taking a taxi is your best way to get around the city.  The ride share programs have been banned in Austin on and off for the last two years.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Will transport to the meetings/events be provided?

Yes!

athenahealth will be providing a shuttle to the Campus for the content on Monday.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

You can extend your trip but you will be responsible for any additional nights of hotel accommodations on your own.  You can email Marci@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com to confirm any additional hotel nights.  

There is no availability for early arrivals due to the large music festival being held in Austin over the weekend.

Yes, you are responsible for making your own travel arrangements to Austin and covering the expense. athena will be covering the two night hotel stay and all meals during this event.
[fa icon="plus-square"] What if I need to leave early?
We understand people have busy calendars but we do ask that all attendees can attend the full day of content on Monday and until 10:30am breakfast event on Tuesday.
[fa icon="plus-square"] I have a food allergy, what should I do?

We have already requested food allergies on the registration and have each of those on file.  

 

For all events we will be offering multiple selections to help satisfy most dietary restrictions.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is the dress code?

For the sessions on campus on Monday we recommend business casual dress.

The evening events will be casual so please dress comfortably.

Yes!

Upon arrival we will offer a casual welcome reception on Sunday night.  Monday we will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Tuesday we will provide breakfast before your departure.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner. 

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
